Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Processing Time: Allow up to 3 days from placing your order to dispatch confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery time is 6–10 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

We do not currently process or ship international orders directly on archeshops.com. If you are shopping outside the United States, please visit our official Etsy Shop (archecollection.etsy.com) to place your order. International shipping rates, duties, and estimated delivery times will be calculated directly at checkout on Etsy.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please monitor your tracking status for delivery updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ARCHÉ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once handed over to the carrier. If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
